Review & Planning Call (1 hour) We’ll focus on the key areas of your website that need attention right now - whether that’s strategy, design, structure, or something more tailored to your goals. This gives us clarity before we begin, so the time we spend updating your site is intentional and focused. ​ Expert Implementation (2-4 hours) I’ll use the remaining time to make impactful updates to your site - refining visuals, layout, content flow, user experience, or relevant technical elements behind the scenes. This is hands-on, considered work designed to move your site forward. ​ Review & Refinements Once the updates are complete, you’ll have space to review and share feedback. I’ll make any final tweaks and walk you through what’s changed via a Loom recording, so everything feels clear and ready to go. Training & Tools If it supports your goals, I’ll include a short guided walkthrough showing what’s been updated and how to manage things moving forward - so you feel confident keeping your site aligned without second-guessing yourself.
